The current title holder and Sierra Leone's beauty ambassador Miss West Africa Sierra Leone 2011 and Miss West Africa International 2nd Runners-up. Stella Bangura is a final year student at the University of Sierra Leone, a Model, Communications Supervisor at Africell, Radio Broadcaster, TV Presenter and emerging Entrepreneur. She is a caring young lady and a
philanthropist at heart whose focus is on Breast Cancer information
dissemination and education for women and children. She also has a great interest in education as she believes that every
woman and child needs to be educated if the drive for gender equity is to be
realised. She is currently partnering with The Thinking Pink Breast Cancer
foundation and has started her very own foundation called The Stella Bangura
Foundation which is geared towards youth empowerment. Through this foundation,
she hopes to empower, encourage, educate, and equip the youth in order to help
them reach their full potential.
